Here’s a green idea: why not take advantage of our Bra Recycling Program?

We value your comfort and fit! Therefore, we will offer you 15% off the purchase of a new bra—all you have to do is give us an old one.. That's right, simply surrender one of your old bras that has, shall we say, passed its prime and take home a brand new expertly fitted bra at a discount. This offer is valid to all clients once every six months.

The bra surrendered does not need to have been purchased from us originally in order for you to receive the credit. Any old bra (literally) sitting in your drawer is eligible! This offer is simply our way of encouraging every woman to consider her bra repertoire every six months. None of us likes to toss away a bra, but let’s face it ladies: not only is your breast tissue constantly changing, a bra is a functional garment with a limited shelf life. You deserve the best support you can get all the time, and that means adding new bras to your rotation on a regular basis.

In the industry, we recommend three well-fit everyday bras as staple items in your wardrobe. These three, should be rotated over six to eight months to get the best value and longevity from your purchases. Why three? One to wear, one to wash & one to rest. It is the simple rule to bras. If you follow that easy formula, you will get the most out of every bra you purchase. On top of that: there is a bonus discount waiting for you every six months at Bedroom I's!

We are often asked what happens to all of the surrendered bras, so here's the scoop… Often, we receive bras that were impulse purchases, gifts or bras that for any number of other reasons never fit quite right and therefore may have been worn only once or twice. These new or “like-new” bras are set aside and donated to local shelters. On the other hand, we often see bras surrendered into the recycling program that are very stretched out, often with holes, and even stains. We at Bedroom I's feel that there is no dignity in donating a bra that will never again be truly functional or attractive. For that reason, those bras are simply and responsibly disposed of. We thank them for a job well done and let them go.

Bra Recycling has been available to our customers nearly since we opened our doors in 2004. Originally, it was a flat $10 discount, but in 2009 we increased your incentive to 15% off.
